The spherical ball and housing are zinc plated. The nuts used in this assembly are grade 2 jam nuts. The nuts are zinc plated. The rod used in this assembly is typically zinc plated 1018 steel, but we reserve the right to substitute a 300-series stainless steel for lower volume orders.
